The product’s form and design identity were developed through an intensive process of research, product and design identity works, and workshops, followed by hand sketching, digital explorations, and detailed sketch studies. Throughout this process, the design was refined in alignment with the product architecture defined by Actio and finalised with fully developed 3D surface data ready for the engineering stage.

Mock-up and Validation
A full-scale mock-up was developed to evaluate the product’s form, refine the design concept in three dimensions, and conduct ergonomic assessments. This phase enabled thorough design validation, leading to precise and informed refinements through an intensive and detail-oriented process. The resulting prototype was later presented at Motobike 2025 as a tangible representation of the design intent.
